I care about your private information and take your privacy seriously. My privacy notice covers identifiable personal information gathered when you place an order visit my website.
The information may include name, address, telephone number, email address, a delivery address, and event date which may be a birthday. The information you provide when you place an order is kept only as long as is necessary, is stored securely, and is destroyed in a responsible manner when no longer needed.
I do not share or sell your information to any third party. Only those involved in the processing of your order will need access to the information.
If you would like to make a complaint to me related to the GDPR please contact me directly with details of the issue. I can be reached by email to louise@louisecannoncakes.co.uk, or by calling me on 07974 966847. If you would like to complain in person please contact me by email or telephone to make an appointment. I will acknowledge your complaint within the required 30 working days then will investigate and report back with my findings and the resolution where relevant. If you choose to initiate a GDPR-related complaint to me in a post or comment on my social media channels I will contact you directly within the required 30 working days to ask for your email and phone number so we can discuss the matter away from the public forum in order to protect your privacy from that point.
